  1. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Revolut – upon delivery.<\/li>\n
  2. We deliver all around Malta (excluding Gozo). Free of charge for orders worth \u20ac50 or more and \u20ac5 for orders less than \u20ac50.<\/li>\n
  3. Delivery is usually within 1-3 working days from ordering, we usually deliver in the morning or at evening. We will contact you to discuss a day and time of delivery.<\/li>\n
  4. All prices are final and include 18% vat. Our VAT number: MT26326311<\/li>\n
  5. It is Client responsibility to check box\/item upon delivery. We are not responsible for damaged\/missing items after delivery, so if you report any issues after delivery, we won\u2019t be able to accept the claim. Please take your time to check everything carefully.<\/li>\n
  6. We recommend to deliver electric ride on toys fully assembled. Please let us know if you want to receive vehicle in a box for self assmebly or ready to go.<\/li>\n
  7. Warranty:We are obliged to deliver the items to customers without physical and legal defects.\n

    All our products carry a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects only.
    \nThe following parts are excluded from our warranty terms (refers to ride-on vehicles):<\/p>\n

    – Badges and Stickers
    \n– Wheels & Tires.
    \n– Materials including seats, handlebars, doors etc.
    \n– Lights & Bulbs.
    \n– Mp3 Players, USB Ports & Aux-In Ports.<\/p>\n

    Here is a list of parts which are covered under the warranty terms:<\/p>\n

    – Engines.
    \n– Parental Remote Controls.
    \n– Speed Controllers, Switches, Motherboards.
    \n– Chargers & Charge sockets.
    \n– Batteries.<\/p>\n

    As the batteries lifespan is dependent on the user and charging intervals, Batteries are covered for 3 months.<\/p>\n

    Product warranty does not cover lost parts or accessories, normal wear and tear, physical damage or abuse, water or sand damage of the product, failure to follow our written instructions for the product, or those of the manufacturer, Modification to the product, overload.<\/p>\n

    Defects resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void any guarantee.<\/p>\n

    Product must be delivered to seller\u2019s address & collected after repair by Client.<\/p>\n

    Bestway products are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. The Manufacturer’s opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you.<\/p>\n

    Once your warranty claim is accepted we will repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund.<\/li>\n

  8. Warranty does not affect right to the consumer rights under Maltese Law.<\/li>\n
  9. There might be some dents, discolorations, scratches on the surface of the plastic after production process (refers to ride-on vehicles). Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.<\/li>\n
  10. You have the right to return the item. You accept our Return Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n
